Because of an injury to starting QB Tyrod Taylor, the 2020 NFL draft #6 overall pick Justin Herbert started his first career NFL game on Sunday.

Herbert showed a cannon for an arm and quick legs, and thoroughly impressed in his debut against the defending champs, the Kansas City Chiefs, in a close battle that ended in a loss in overtime.

During the game, there were about 2,000 buy it nows sold on eBay. [Look for Justin Herbert rookie cards on eBay]

That is not a typo. Simply put Justin Herbert broke eBay . For example, his 2020 Donruss base RCs were $10 at gametime and finished around $30 by the end of the game.

It will be very interesting to see what happens with Herbert and his cards going forward.

Are you a buyer or seller after watching him on Sunday?

OMG MY MONEY Editorial Opinion: hi all, every week as Adam provides his analysis, I will provide an op-ed piece to share my personal thoughts. This is not meant to be investment advice.

The big question right now is who to collect/invest in between Justin Herbert and Joe Burrow. Both QBs have impressed me as I was not expecting that week 2 performance from Herbert and same can be said of Burrow. However, as a more risk averse collector/investor, I want to wait at least another couple weeks before jumping in. If I had to choose today, I would choose Burrow.
